Overview
To honor Lewisville’s centennial, residents and businesses are invited to participate in a special tree adoption program. By sponsoring a Centennial Tree, participants can contribute to a greener future while commemorating loved ones, celebrating families, or marking this historical occasion.

Program Details
Tree Sponsorship Options
Price: $500
- Includes a newly planted tree at a selected park.
- Tree types include native species suited for the region, such as Live Oaks, Big Tooth Maples, and Cedar Elms. Specific types will depend on supplier availability.
- A centralized engraved plaque will be placed at each location and reflect the donors information.
Tree Locations and Selection
- Trees may be purchased year-round but will be planted from late October to early March.
- The City will guarantee the tree for five (5) years after it is planted. After five (5) years, the City may or may not replace the tree that has died or been damaged.

- Specific locations will be available in key parks and green spaces around Lewisville. Donors can choose from a list of available parks or allow the city to choose the best location for their sponsored tree. Each location within the specified park will be determined by the Parks and Recreation Department.
